Update on End of KS1 tests

As reported in the news earlier today, the Department for Education (DfE) have removed the requirement for schools to administer the KS1 grammar, punctuation and spelling test for our current Year 2 children.

This follows the accidental publication of a live key stage 1 (KS1) grammar, punctuation and spelling test.

An immediate inquiry by the DfE has shown none of the other KS1 test papers have been affected by this error. Therefore, at this present time, we still expect our Year 2 children to sit the tests in Reading and Mathematics.
